Apple HomeView Leak: New Smart Home Hub, HomePod mini 2 and Apple TV 4K Details Revealed
Apple is reportedly preparing to expand its smart home ecosystem with three updated devices: a new HomeView smart home hub, HomePod mini 2, and Apple TV 4K. According to leaks shared ahead of Apple’s October 13 event, these products could bring improved AI features, upgraded chips, and better integration across Apple devices.
Apple HomeView: A New Smart Home Hub With Siri AI
The upcoming Apple HomeView is expected to be the biggest announcement. Reports suggest it will feature an A18 chip with 8GB of RAM and support Apple’s AI-powered Siri for voice commands and everyday assistance.
The device could arrive in two designs: a tabletop model with a speaker base and a wall-mounted version. The tabletop model is expected to deliver better sound than the current HomePod mini.
HomeView may also support Apple Photos, allowing users to display their memories on its screen, alongside Apple Music lyrics and visual responses from Siri AI. However, reports indicate it may not support third-party apps through the App Store.
HomePod mini 2: New Chip and Colours
Apple’s updated HomePod mini is reportedly set to feature the S10 chip, replacing the S5 processor in the existing model. Expected colour options include green, pink, blue, white, and midnight.
These upgrades could improve the device’s performance and integration with Apple’s smart home products, although the final specifications remain unconfirmed.
Apple TV 4K: A19 Chip and Smarter Siri
The next Apple TV 4K is rumoured to include an A19 chip and 8GB of RAM. Apple may also introduce built-in microphones for Siri AI and an updated Siri Remote with a built-in speaker to make it easier to locate.
Launch Date and Expected Availability
According to the leaks, Apple could unveil all three devices on October 13, 2026. The new HomePod mini and Apple TV 4K are reportedly expected to launch on October 30, while HomeView may arrive around mid-November.
Apple has not officially confirmed these specifications or release dates. Readers should treat them as leaks until the company announces the products.
